Reiki 1:
Receive four personal attunements to permanently connect you to the Reiki Energy, a work manual and certificate on completion. You will learn: the origins of Reiki; benefits of Reiki; the hand positions; how to give yourself a full Reiki session; how to give Reiki to others, to animals and plants; Reiki in an emergency and share Reiki in a group.
Please bring: Pillow, towel and lunch to share. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Reiki 11:
Receive one personal attunement to further expand the connection to the Reiki (Universal) Energy and connect you to three (of Seven) Universal Symbols. You will receive a work manual and certificate on completion. Learn advanced healing techniques to create powerful affirmations; to relieve emotional and mental stress; to send distant healing to people, places and events in the past, present and future and how to give a full Reiki session in 15 mins.

Mindfulness is about being fully present in the here and now, in a non-judgmental way. In this 4-session course we will introduce you to a variety of guided mindfulness meditations and basic practices. Quantum Touch Healing involves a subtle touch using particular positions of the hand, in combination with meditation and a variety of breathing techniques. It enables us to substantially increase the self-healing capacity of the body. This experiential workshop introduces you to some of the core methods and ideas used by people all over the world for thousands of years. You will learn and practice the basic methods of shamanism and be initiated into classical shamanic journeying; using traditional methods such as drumming, rattling and dancing to connect with your power animals and spirit helpers. | ||
