This gentle therapy uses refined techniques from Osteopathy that assists the self-healing process focussing

This method assists the recovery from injuries and facilitates structural re-alignment.

Dr Arthur Linclon Pauls, a British Osteopath, found 'positional release' stimulates the body's self-correcting

and self-balancing faculty, resulting in a session with lasting effects as the client's own system initiates the

changes.

Sessions:

The session is 1 hour

The client remains fully clothed on the massage table while the practitioner finds positions and movements

that produce immediate relief.

The client is encouraged to continue some simple activities to support their healing process.

The number of sessions required depends on the severity of the condition and the client's ability to integrate

change.
